Description
Once in a while puppet stops responding. The process is running, so ProcChk doesn't detect any problems. We need a watchdog to detect when puppet is not doing it's job.
We can create en exec entry so puppet "touches" a file everytime it runs the catalog. With an external check (PuppetChk) we can check that file to see if it's not being updated and restart puppet
