Move DNS/DHCP to firewalls

Description
We have been experiencing problems with dhcrelay and vlans to send DHCP traffic from multihomed firewalls to the DHCP server.
Also, to use cobbler to deploy service hosts, it will be better to have DNS/DHCP on the hardware servers.
From now on we will install DNS/DHCP service on the firewalls. If there is not a ModularIT based firewall, we will install DNS/DHCP on the first hardware server. This way se can use cobbler on that server to deploy the rest of the servers and VM...
